Education/Certifications:
B.S. University of Massachusetts, Boston. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA).

Areas of Expertise:
Boxing, TRX, Kettle bells, Barbells, Bands, Body Weight Exercises, Functional Mobility

More About Justin:
As a former athlete I always wanted to make sure I was doing everything possible to be able to perform my best. Since there was so much conflicting information out there I made the decision to go to school for exercise science. I tried to soak up as much knowledge as I could about health and performance, only to find that they are far from the same thing. Now it is my mission to help people cut through the misinformation and stream line their results.

Caitlin M

Education/Certifications:
B.S. Kinesiology, Jacksonville University; Masters Business Administration, Jacksonville University. ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.

Areas of Expertise:
Strength training, Weight/Fat Loss, Beginner Exercisers, Geriatrics, Injury Rehab, Women Fitness, Running

More About Caitlin:
I grew up playing soccer, softball, basketball and ran cross country and track in Cumberland, RI. I went to college in Jacksonville Florida for XC/ track and field and studied kinesiology. Exercise has always been a big part of my life. I ran the steeplechase in outdoor track. I coached cross country and track at the middle school and high school level. My love for strength training and fitness really started to shine through college. Being a runner I was always told it wasn’t important for me to lift, but it wasn’t until I got injured that I realized the strength piece is huge in preventing injuries and overall strength for a stronger performance. As I continued to do more lifting myself I felt firsthand its effects and ever since I have wanted to help others reap the benefits of it .
