GROUP EXERCISE

New to a group fitness class? Please arrive a few minutes early to class, as most classes require equipment setup.  This is also a courtesy to the instructor and fellow participants. Anyone who is more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class. If you signed up for class and arrive after designated start time, your guaranteed spot is forfeited.

 

Advanced registration via your MyiClub portal is required for all classes to:

a. guarantee a spot

b. be updated of any last minute class changes via email

Cardio Dance

In this class, you will explore diverse dance styles and rhythms from various countries, immersing yourself in the beauty of the world through dance.

This challenging, music-driven stationary cycling class utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences. Riders of all levels are welcome! We also offer Wexer Virtual Cycling Classes.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Tread & Tone

This class that is limited to 8 people per class. It is a 45 minute class that combines treadmill intervals with a strength circuit! Get both strength and cardio all in one class! This is an intermediate to advanced level class. For first time participants, we recommend coming early for set up.

HIIT

A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is a high energy yoga class consisting of vigorous vinyasa poses with an additional metabolic boost. Class incorporates the use of weights with traditional yoga poses and cardiobursts for maximum calorie burn.

Mat Pilates focuses on improving alignment, strength, stability and flexibility. This low-impact class utilizes movements to strengthen the body while emphasizing core strength.

This upbeat ballet-inspired class uses light weights to tone and stretch your whole body. You’ll get your heart rate up, feel like you’re dancing (even if you have no experience!), and improve your strength and endurance.b

Body Combat

The high-energy, martial arts-inspired, non-contact workout. Punch, kick and strike your way to fitness. Not only is it a great whole-body workout for cardio fitness, but it’s also superb for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your coordination.

BodyPump is the original barbell class, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BodyPump gives you a total body workout.

Boxing/Thai Boxing

We offer Boxing in the form of Small Group Training! Master the fundamentals of boxing through form and technique. Work your full body with every move. Various punching combinations including the jab, cross, hook and uppercut. Thai boxing incorporates a variety of kicks, knees, and elbows as well.

We offer our Golf Program in the form of small group training. The program is designed to help build your drive and get your golf game ready for the spring. Focuses included balance, stability, core strength, rotation, and more. Led by Trainer Kyle.
